01 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to place an order. By ordering you confirm this is the case.

02 · How drops work

We sell limited quantities of each item, released on a weekly schedule ("drops"). Stock shown at checkout is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed - items can sell out mid-checkout if another order completes first. We do not guarantee any item will be restocked.

03 · Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change between drops without notice. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including applicable GST, at checkout. Buy-Now-Pay-Later plans are subject to that provider's own terms.

04 · Shipping & delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout - double-check it, as we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed. Delivery estimates are approximate; we're not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

05 · Returns, refunds & cancellations

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus any return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter fulfillment; after that, standard returns apply. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

06 · Account & conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, not resell items for commercial purposes without our written consent, and not to abuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site or checkout systems (including bots used to bypass drop limits).

07 · Intellectual property

All site content - copy, photography, logos, and design - belongs to Current Goods or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

08 · Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Current Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under your local law (for example, for defective products or gross negligence).

09 · Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Nothing here excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. We'll post the new effective date here; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
