Products, pricing & availability

We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or cancel orders (including after an order is placed) where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. Product images are illustrative. Stock and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we accept and dispatch it. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; you agree to their terms when paying.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Current Goods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss arising from delivery delays, third-party suppliers, or your use of the site. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited (at our option) to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights prevail over anything inconsistent in these terms.
