We want every order to arrive right. Because of how our products are sourced and shipped, please read how returns work below.

Change of mind

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and check product details and sizing before ordering. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply and cannot be excluded. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, our support team will make it right — assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Contact our support team within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or videoshowing the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we'll provide a replacement or refund — whichever is appropriate. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back to us.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order is missing something, contact support with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. We'll keep you updated by email throughout.
