We ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, after which a tracking link is emailed to you.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time frames shown at checkout and on product pages are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, your location, customs processing and factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

  • Australia (metro): approx. 3–7 business days
  • Australia (regional): approx. 5–12 business days
  • International: approx. 7–20 business days

Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping charge. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Incorrect addresses & failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address. Re-shipping costs for returned or undeliverable parcels may be passed on to you.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us via our contact page and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
